I don’t see a product I would like to purchase

If you don’t see an item that you’d like to purchase let us know and we’ll consider adding it to our inventory. We want to ensure you get access to your favorite products at Destination Smoke. 

When do you restock products?

Restocking inventory varies based on the demand of the product but we always restock your favorite pieces as quickly as possible. If you have a specific product in mind and you’d like to know when it’s in stock feel free to reach out to us via email here. 

How do I know the quality if the product is good? 

At Destination Smoke we take product quality control very seriously. We ensure that if any product isn’t up to par or satisfactory to our standards they’re immediately removed.


Quality products mean happy customers, and we only want happy customers. Which means we won’t ever sell you a product we ourselves wouldn’t consider using. Keeping you in mind at each step of our process.

How much does shipping cost?

Do you offer international shipping

{Do we offer international shipping, as I only see United States shipping as the only option}. 

At this moment we only ship nationally across the United States.

What are the payment methods?

We accept all major credit cards like Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover Card. We also offer our customers flexible payment options such as PayPal and ViaBill.

How do you ship your packages?

Most of the products in our store require a high level of care and attention. Every product is shipped and packaged in cardboard boxes and protective packaging. Our packages have discrete labels for your privacy. Nowhere on the outside of your package will you see the words "Destination Smoke". 


Not to mention we offer a Route Shipping Protection line to improve your shopping experience with thoughtful solutions at every step of your journey. 

My products arrived broken. What should I do?

If your product(s) arrive broken, please email us here your order number and name and a customer care specialist will assist you.

How long does it take to process an order?

Orders are processed within the same day. We use fulfillment services to ensure that your wait time is as fast as possible. If your order was not processed, check to see if your payment method was successfully processed first, then reach out to us. 

How can I track my order 

Once you’ve successfully completed your order you’ll be sent an email confirmation with your order details and tracking information. You can use this to track your order. You should receive a notification once the order is shipped or delivered. 

How long until I receive my tracking number?

Once your order is complete you’ll be given a tracking number via email so you can track your order. If you haven’t received an email confirmation or tracking number please email us at contact@destinationsmoke.com

Do you require a signature on your packages?

Package deliveries may or may not require a signature upon arrival. However, it is required that an adult 21+ of age to receive your packages. Our packages are not labeled “Destination Smoke” as we understand that discretion is important to our customers. 


What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of the items, sales are final unless damage or defect upon delivery, only then can the item be returned. 


Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 7-days Return & Exchange Policy: If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% return. We have a 7-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.


Orders

Do I need to register before placing an order?

Registering is optional. We allow our customers to use a guest checkout feature to order products. We’ll still need your email address, name and delivery address for the checkout process. 

What’s the status of my order?

After a successful checkout you’ll receive an email confirmation of your order with a tracking number you can use to track your order or order status. Be sure to check your inbox to ensure you’ve received emails from contact@destinationsmoke.com.  

What do I do if something is missing from my order?

All of our orders have to be signed before being declared as delivered. If your item is stated as delivered it’s most likely been delivered to you or someone at your location. If your item has not been delivered and has been missing for more than 15 business days please email us at contact@destinationsmoke.comfor assistance. 

What would I do if I never received my order?

Customer satisfaction is important to us, if you’ve not received your order within the stated delivery or tracking time please contact us so that we can help. Reach out to us at  contact@destinationsmoke.com.  

What happens if I need to change or cancel my order?

Mistakes happen, and we’re all human. If you need to change or cancel your order then immediately reach out to us with the current order number and state if you’d like to cancel or edit your order. However if the order has already been shipped out for delivery we’ll be unable to to change or cancel your in time to make changes. 

Do you offer discounts? How do I use the discount codes?

We currently offer discount codes to first time customers and seasonally during the holidays. If you’d like to be the first to know about our discounts and deals, sign up for the Destination Smokes newsletter. 


How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

If the order has already been shipped and is on route to your location we will be unable to make changes to your order. Feel free to return the package with the return address listed on the label. Once the item is returned with the products in good condition, we’ll refund you and you can make the correct purchase. 

Is my privacy and personal information secure on your site?

Discretion is one of our top policies. We take our customers' privacy and personal information very seriously. As such we’ve created a Privacy Policy you can access here.
